Gourmet model 3 x GN 1/1 designed for takeaways, kiosks, convenience stores, butchers, market stalls… keeps ready-made dishes, starters, main courses at a constant temperature, thanks to a pulsed air convection system that ensures a temperaturebetween 20°C and 95°C.

Modular and panoramic, this display is made up of 2 removable sections: the heating unit and the display cabinet assembled by a system of rollers. Front and rear opening doors and a removable service tray make loading, serving and cleaning easy.

Capacity: 3 GN 1/1 + plates on middle shelf.
