The bain-marie BM 3 cooks or keeps warm your ready-made dishes, stews or sauces without any contact with the heat source (heating element underneath the container) and thanks to the water maintained at 90°C.

With built-in possibility, the BM 3 is a 600 mm deep high performance bain-marie with a safety draining device and with a system of heating transfer. This bain-marie is fitted out with 3 GN 1/3 containers and 3 lids . Reinforced insulation.
