When using canned fuel, EquaHeat’s unique heating system uses the natural physics of heat rising by directing the heat up through precision engineered baffles for even distribution throughout the cabinet. The baffling system eliminates the hot and cold spots that are typical when using canned fuel in traditional banquet carts. Or, turn on the electric heater and the same baffles direct heat down and evenly to each plate shelf. Either way, EquaHeat carts provide equal heat and storage capacity with either type of heat.
